Double Chocolate Salted Caramel Peanut Butter Protein Slices



  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 8 medjool dates (pitted and soaked for 10 minutes)


  • 1 cup P92 Peanut Butter and Collagen Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup


  • Extra dark 90% cacao cooking chocolate



  1. Blend oats, cacao powder, coconut oil, maple syrup and dates in a blended until combined well.
  2. Pour and press onto baking tray, lined with baking paper. 
  3. Refrigerate.


  1. Blend P92 Peanut Butter and Collagen Protein powder, shredded coconut, coconut flour, vanilla extract, salt, coconut oil and maple syrup until blended smoothly. 
  2. Pull out tray and press mixed batch over the base mix in tray. 


  1. Melt cooking chocolate in microwave or on stove.
  2. Pour all over tray with base and filling!
  3. Allow to set, refrigerate and cut into slices when cool.
